Coach Owens graduated from Sam Houston State with a B.S. in Kinesiology while playing outfield for the bear cats. She spent three years coaching and providing strength and conditioning at Brazoswood High School. She has experience developing athletes of all ages as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. She is in her first year at CMSE teaching PE and coaching volleyball, cross country and track along with her duties at assisting Coach Krug with the Cowgirls.
